Three generations of the Mulcahy
family have operated dairy farms
within the Goulburn Valley having
moved into the region in 1910.

The Mulcahy family control one of the
largest dairy farm operations in Victoria
producing 25 million litres of milk
annually.

In the late 1990’s the family recognized the opportunity to vertically integrate their operations by building their own drinking milk packing plant where quality from the cow to the consumer
would be paramount. The opportunity was realized with the
commissioning of this outstanding facility in nearby Kyabram
in the year 2000.

Robust quality assurance systems on the farms and the nearby plant ensures high quality milk which translates into an industry leading 22 days best before date and a freshness of taste not achieved by other processors.

or permeates commonly used in other milk products.

We specialize in shipping our milk

products in cardboard cartons in
addition to crates. The cartons are
lighter and easier to handle.
